I'm an Electronics & Telecommunication diploma graduate from Government Polytechnic Amravati, and Lead Technician of the R&D Club at Sipna College of Engineering and Technology.

My process starts with the problem, not the parts list. Understand it, compare the approaches, prove the concept, then move into hardware. Even when a project already exists, I ask what I can do differently so the finished build earns its place.

I use AI tools as engineering assistants, for research, debugging, documentation and a fair amount of the code. I say so plainly because the interesting part was never typing it out. I verify the output, make the engineering calls, and test the hardware myself, which is the part no model can do for me.

Non-blocking ESP32 and Arduino firmware with watchdogs, persistent state and recovery behaviour designed for hardware that has to stay up.

SafetyFirst PPE Checkpoint team project

An access control gate for a work site, not a monitoring dashboard. A worker taps an RFID badge, a camera checks their protective equipment against the site's live policy, and the gate either lets them through or turns them away with the reason recorded.

  • YOLOv8 checks hardhat, vest and mask against a policy an admin can change mid shift, with no restart
  • Refusals are photographed automatically and grants never are, which is a deliberate privacy line
  • A critical sensor alert holds the gate outright, because full gear is still not safe in a gas leak
  • Verified end to end in software. The Pi, RFID and GPS code is written but has not met real hardware yet

Smart Aquarium Controller

Offline-first ESP32 automation: scheduled feeding, pump cycling and four relays, run from a mobile-first dashboard served off SPIFFS. The cloud is an extra layer, never something the tank depends on.

  • Feeds the fish, cycles the pump and drives four relays with no internet at all
  • Holds long uptime, once a dashboard freeze was traced to duplicate async route registration
  • Recovers itself: missed feeds detected on boot, and a watchdog reboot if the cloud hangs
  • Relay states restored from NVS, so a power cut cannot change what is switched on

ESP32 Race Robot

A tank drive race robot on a two ESP32 ESP-NOW link, built for minimum latency with telemetry coming back the other way. Bare chips, 43A drivers, and a remote that can trim each side independently.

  • Two BTS7960 43A drivers with four Johnson 600RPM motors paired across them
  • INA226 on a 25A shunt puts live current and battery on the remote's OLED
  • Per side motor trim and a max speed limit, both saved to NVS
  • Joystick or button control, switchable on the remote

RainMaker Smart Switch System

A retrofit switch system running a five room house on bare ESP32-WROOM-32E modules, hand wired rather than dev boards. The wall switches keep working with Wi-Fi and the cloud fully down. Only the app and voice control need the internet.

  • Five nodes and eleven relays running a whole house, on hand wired bare modules
  • Wall switches keep working with Wi-Fi and the cloud completely down
  • No flicker boot: reads NVS, then drives each GPIO straight to the right state
  • Stays up through Wi-Fi bursts, with bulk caps on both rails to stop brownouts
  • Only a heap health watchdog may restart a node, never a Wi-Fi wobble

SigmaDSP Marshall BT Speaker

A portable Bluetooth speaker built from raw chips instead of a module, aimed at Marshall Middleton acoustics. ADAU1701 SigmaDSP, ESP32-WROVER over LDAC, TPA3116 and TPA3110 Class-D amplification, and live EQ tuning over I2C.

  • Four channels of Class-D with live EQ tuning over I2C
  • Whole design documented and reviewed before a single part is soldered
  • I2S clocking settled: the DSP is master, running off a 12.288MHz crystal
  • CY7C68013A repurposed as a DIY USBi programmer, so no proprietary tool needed

RO Water Purifier Controller

Replaces the stock board in a residential RO purifier. Sequenced inlet, pump and UV cycle, TDS monitoring, dual filter life tracked in EEPROM, and relays that default off so a power cut cannot leave the pump running.

A B2B site for a steam and valve manufacturer. 27 product pages driven by content collections, an enquiry flow in place of a cart, and an image pipeline that keeps the whole thing static.

An expressive face for an elder-care robot. Two eyes drawn procedurally every frame, with emotions produced by interpolating a handful of numbers between presets. No image assets.

An old Android phone turned into an always-on desk dock: live CPU and GPU meters, a media remote and a configurable macro pad, served over the LAN with no cloud.

Won the hardware category at CMR Hackfest 3.0, representing the R&D Club at Sipna College of Engineering and Technology.

Placed 2nd runner up overall at CMR Hackfest 3.0 against teams from across India, with an embedded systems project.

Multiple robo race podiums

Several college-level prizes, solo and with teams. At one event our entries took 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Robo Race category outright.
